I am so full of excitement and gratitude to tell you about what I have been given. I have been contacted by my Lemurian Priestess Circle of 13, the Order of La-Te-Na, the Temple of Ganash.
I have known for many years that I was (am) a priestess in Lemuria, but have not had full information about my life (lives) there, only that I loved Lemuria and my work there. The Circle of 13 will now speak through me for the benefit of all of us and the world.
I really can’t express how much this means to me, how much I have yearned for a closer presence of my Sisterhood of Lemuria. I am so excited and honored to be a vehicle for the energy and information to be shared, to be awakened again in so many of us, men and women on the earth now.
This information and energy began being offered through because of the 11-11-11 portal, that allowed many energies of very high vibration to be brought through from the cosmos and awakened from within our own inner cosmos. One of these energies offered through the portal of 11-11-11 was the energy of Lemuria. The energy of Lemuria is re-emerging from within us and from its own source. It has been waiting until the time was ripe for our remembering, our readiness to be re-awakened.
If you are being called by the Lemurian energy at this time, then you will feel it deeply within. It is not a decision, but a true knowing. It is not something outside of yourself, but truly your own energy awakening from the depth of your being. The time is now; the place is here on our Earth; the vehicle is you!
I continue to receive information from the Lemurian Priestess Circle of 13 (LP13).
The energy is building up as we continue moving toward 12-21-12. Many portals have been activated and moved through, and many more are becoming available to us. The next level of is being activated in our bodies in preparation for the Sacred Feminine year of 2013. After that, the sacred masculine and sacred feminine begin to be in balance as the transformational and the receptive aspects of the sacred feminine invite the sacred masculine to join with her in sacred collective union on the planet, moving forward to a whole collective consciousness of light love and harmony, the recognition of the oneness of all life, the beauty of all life and the harmony of all life.
This is a lot to take in, and yet I feel so exhilarated and expanded. This is only the tip of the iceberg, but more information and energy will come through the continuing LP13 meditations. We will continue with the sacred chanting, the chakra activation and encodements and more that I am not even aware of yet.

If you are new to this website, in November of 2019, 33 live participants and over 50 remote participants all over the world joined together to anchor these sacred energies on Norfolk Island, a small island in the South Pacific east of Australia and North of New Zealand. Early in 2019, I was guided to facilitate a group to anchor the Lemurian City of Light and the Temple of the Cosmic Heart on Norfolk Island. Our group was there for 7 days in November doing sacred ceremony, meditating, singing sacred Lemurian songs, honoring the earth and the waters, activating earth’s grid system, and generally offering ourselves up in Service to anchoring and activation. It was centered in Norfolk Island, yet had great influence in anchoring the light all over our beloved planet earth.

Participants arrived and we had a delightful concert with SanRa leading Lemurian songs and chants, while participants sang along whenever possible. It was so much fun to be together physically, and to sing songs together that we knew from Lemuria. After this, we had a delicious vegan dinner together and began to get re-acquainted. It was the beginning of a wonderful reunion with our Lemurian sisters and brothers,

SanRa Feeling the Energy Mt Pitt
We had a successful day today. We had a bus tour of the island and were able to tune in to the various energies. We had lunch together and then the afternoon was free. We met after dinner and had a wonderful group initiation, which included an awakening of a sacred geometrical chamber. This allowed us to go and do a ceremony right afterward to help balance the earth and cosmos. We went up to Mt. Pitt to do this at night under the moon and stars and trees. Everyone joined in with their own more empowered energies as the Lemurian Priestesses and Priests that we are. Balance of all energies was so important in Lemuria. In Lemuria we kept the balance; now we are using Lemurian ceremonies to return to balance. We felt the waters, the earth, the inner earth beings of light and so much more.

Fig Tree at 100 Acres Reserve
I am so excited about our day today! We anchored one of the chambers of the Temple of the Cosmic Heart!!
We went to the wonderful 100 Acres National Park. Such beautiful trees. There were Norfolk Pines, and a huge and wondrous type of fig tree, plus so many others kinds of subtropical trees. We wandered around independently for a bit, gathering energy and then joined together in a circle. Just like I felt last night in the forest, I again felt the inter-dimensional qualities within the circle. Many others reported the same. We sang the song of balance, Ho Na Sha Na Lei Na Ha, and did some sacred movements. Each person brought their own abilities and encodements into the circle. We are feeling our power and confidence building as we continue our work here.
This chamber of the Temple of the Cosmic Heart will continue to expand so the other chambers will become activated and anchored. We can access this chamber any time. I also saw the Lemurian Healing Chamber, but instead of a double pyramid (One pointing up and one pointing down ), there were two cone shapes . Much more fluid, and HUGE. I am so thrilled and gratified.

Today was quite a day, being 11:11. We went to a place called Rocky Point. It is just that, a rocky point high over the ocean with a fantastic view of the ocean and the small island called Phillip island. Phillip island has quite a profound multidimensional energy. I have seen that it has a “hub” of energetic lines going outward from it in all directions through the earth grid system to reach the entire planet. As all of us were in a line on the path, we connected with the network or hub of Phillip Island and activated the grid system further. I cannot quite explain the power, an electrical energy, but more than that. It was extremely windy so I honor everyone there for being with these difficult conditions to accomplish our Service work.
I was told that we began anchoring the Lemurian City of Light today. Yay!!!!! We have much more to do, but I could feel the points anchoring along the line upon which we stood. I felt the remote group’s energy more strongly than ever today.
Right after this, we went to a lower grassy place in the same area. As we all stood in 1 circle, the 3 men in the group formed a triangle as we were all in the circle (The men were part of the circle, but were positioned in the circle to form a triangle). A clockwise flow of the men’s triangle and concurrently a counterclockwise flow of the women really gave us powerful balancing of feminine and masculine energy, which we extended out into all humanity.

nter. It is just a small place, but vibrant with elemental and Deva energy. We stood in a figure 8 and allowed ourselves to be an offering to the energies there. We also felt a nice balance of energy; a nice balance of giving and receiving also. Everyone just felt so good there. We felt gratitude, sang the song of gratitude (Ha Luna Ha) and the song to integrate the higher vibrational energies (Heeya La Mo Na Ha). Still very windy, but we had some protection in our valley type location.
Finally, we went to Emily Bay, a swimming beach (safe from sharks). I was told this place is a Temple of Rejuvenation, which was much needed, as we were all pretty tired. We walked on the beach, waded in the ocean, laid on the grass. So beautiful here. I could feel the ground vibrating. A very intense day, and very fulfilling.
11-12-19 Full Moon
Anson Bay
We went to a place called Anson Bay. For me, this place holds the most energy of Lemuria that I have felt on the island. It is a reserve (picnic spot) on the top, and you can walk down to the beach on a winding path. Takes about 15 minutes. it is a small beach and not at all crowded. Our group was the only 1 there. The water is a beautiful crystal larimar blue. The rock formation that we held our circle in is truly a portal, with the waves lapping at out feet. We were told our ceremony was one of joy and we moved and sang and walked in the water. We had a bit of a movement holding hands in a line as we moved in a circular, wavy motion. Later one of the group members heard that we had activated the chamber of joy and rejuvenation in the Temple of the Cosmic Heart. How exciting! We all felt very cleansed and free when we were done, much lighter. Part of the group stayed on top to be with the energies there and and both groups felt connected.
Anson Bay
We had a break and being the full moon, we went back to Mt. Pitt in the evening and allowed the full moon to wash over us while we stood under the beautiful trees. This was an evening of initiation and we all felt blessed. Then the local participants nurtured us with tea to keep us warm as we visited under the beautiful starlit sky. Later, we heard from one of the participant’s daughters that they could see an illuminated dome of light over Mt. Pitt, while we were there. We were all amazed and delighted for confirmation that we had a positive effect.

Phillip Island from Bumbora Bay
We went to Captain Cook reserve and had lunch (Our caterer, Bindi, gives us the very best vegan food!). Another very beautiful spot over the ocean. Then we went to a place called Bumbora Reserve. I was told ahead of time this had a strong energy of harmony. We sang the harmony chant (Hua Lan Yay). Here we felt such healing and we received and received. It was truly wonderful. Again, beautiful blue water and wonderful big black rocks that we sat on as the water washed over our feet.
Our final stop was called Flagstaff, privately owned land by one of our local group members. Such a beautiful place high above the ocean, with quite a view of Phillip Island and the ocean. It is very powerful and filled with light. We all worked independently and, although there was much variety in what we did and felt, many of us felt spaceship activity there.

I am being shown that we continue to anchor the Lemurian City of Light. At Phillip Island, we felt an underground city. It is activating and the Lemurian/Cosmic City of Light is joining with it, anchoring to it. So glad we are all doing this together.
11-14-19 Final day together
Ball Bay
Today was our final day being physically together. First we went to Ball Bay. This bay has been closed to the public on and off during our stay because of barges landing to bring supplies from Australia for airport repairs. We thought it would still be closed, but at the last minute we discovered it was open. A few trucks were working there, but we were able to get through. We did a lovely meditation on the beach in a line formation facing the ocean. We each received an energetic imprint as I touched each participant’s back of the heart. This imprint was from our star sisters and brothers and will continue to grow and deepen within us. A very special gift that I cannot describe adequately.
On the beach, we held hands in our line and walked around to form a close spiral with our bodies. I was first in line and so was in the middle, as the rest of the line walked around and around me. It felt like we were each a petal of a grand sacred flower. When we finished chanting OM, the people on the outside of the spiral walked back up the hill as the flower/spiral we had formed unwound, unfolding the energies. We were still holding hands all the way up the hill to extend the energies and formed the sacred flower spiral again as we chanted OM. It was a bit tricky to accomplish this (as you can imagine), yet such a beautiful formation and flow of sacred energy. There were a few other people on the beach and I can only imagine what they were thinking about all of us.

From there, we piled into the cars and vans and went to a reserve called Two Chimneys to eat another delicious lunch. This is a very sweet and calm energy that overlooks the ocean from above. It is filled with beautiful Norfolk Pines, flowers and an amazing variety of birds, which have often “joined in” with our energy ceremonies in many places on the island. We had a circle here and I realized just how much we had all grown and continued to move into our spiritual power, trusting ourselves more and more with what we have to offer.
At our final destination for our daytime activities, we arrived at Cemetery Bay. We were there to activate a portal that the islanders have been working with previous to our arrival. It somehow connects with the energies in Ball Bay (our first stop this morning). We stood silently in a circle under the beautiful and majestic Norfolk Pines, mostly protected from a soft rain. When we felt complete, we left and had a little free time until we met later for our final circle.
In our final circle for the entire event, we had a channelling from the Priestesses, telling us we had accomplished our “sacred mission”. We were told to trust ourselves, let go of doubts about spiritual abilities and we were given words and energies of gratitude. We were told we would not be the same as we returned home. I tell you now that those physically participating and those participating remotely have all changed, grown, transformed and I am so grateful to all of you for stepping forth in your commitment and dedication to offer yourselves in Service. As we said goodbye at the airport on Friday, the 15th, I saw an arc of light from each of us, as we each went to our next destinations or as we each went home. These arcs of light that we are, are spreading over the entire planet. It is beautiful to behold and beautiful to know we have participated and been successful in such a great undertaking. POST-LEMURIAN INITIATION 12-31-11 CHANNELLING
On the 12-31-11 group Lemurian initiation at the Maitreya Meditation Center, we opened the door/portal below on the etheric earth/human centers so that the higher energies beyond our earth in the cosmos could enter the collective consciousness of humanity. Now the ancient wisdom of Lemuria and that of Atlantis can again be present with all beings upon the earth in whatever way is appropriate for each individual, whether it be human or plant or tree or animal; whether it be upon the earth, within the earth, within the air of earth, or within the water of earth.
As the portal is opened within the joint collective body that joins earth and humanity, the energy held within that collective space of earth and humanity can be/has been/and will continue to be still activated so that the Life on earth that has been lived in separation will become lived again as One. The knowing of this Oneness is awakened again and fueled by the cosmic energy that is now being allowed through due to the resonance created by the ignited energy within each of you participating.
Indeed, the higher rays of energetic vibration are now being allowed to come through to the masses upon the Earth. In the past, these rays have come to a few that were able to integrate the higher energies. As all of these individuals and groups have done the initial integration, now the frequency of the masses is thus able to receive the higher ray frequencies and will begin integrating them in their individual and group selves. This will include family groups, meditation groups, church groups, school groups, work situation groups, all karmic groups, even government groups. Each group will be able to begin integrating the higher energies at a pace and in a way that is in the highest purpose and service of each individual group. As these smaller groups integrate the higher energies, then the larger groups will be able to integrate; cities, states, countries, whole religions, whole races. As this happens, they will be able to blend together in their star groups and then the earth and humanity will be able to work together as one because humanity will be operating as a collective consciousness, as a grand team working together as part of the greater whole, the greater whole of the earth, the solar system, the galaxy, the universe and all of the cosmos’ great variety of beings within it.
The chaos that you have been living in for so long will turn to a blending of energies working together for the good of the whole; all needs taken care of, all beings honored. Coexistence in harmony, cooperation, trust, love, sharing is what you as group humanity is coming together again, to remember that great wisdom that is held in your cells. As the Lemurian energy is being re-activated in your chakras, in your cells, in your DNA; these values, this way of life comes alive again within each of you in the smaller groups you are part of. Then it blends into the larger groups you are part of to release your false beliefs in duality and come together again as part of the great spiral of our galaxy, giving Life a whole new meaning; giving Life on earth the light to move forth to that which it has been moving toward for some time; giving love on earth a chance to blossom again; giving the great Knowing that all of you have already lived the way that you desire to and will be living, moving, speaking, feeling, acting and thinking again in the new world that you are creating.
As you have opened the portal, the many portals in the ethers of humanity and earth, you have allowed yourselves to merge with the greater Lives of all of Creation and you begin to realize and live from the essence of who you are.
Continue, we say to you, the beloved ones of our Hearts! Continue to open to the wonder of who you are. Continue to expand and to grow and to open to that which you hold so dear; that which you know as your Spirit, your Spark, your Divine Flame, your essence, your God Self. Continue to open to this and liberation and joy will be yours. Whether you identify with Lemuria or Atlantis or Egypt or any other, all of these civilizations have their part to play in the awakening of humanity upon earth. And as you continue to awaken further, the essence of each civilization comes alive and takes its place in the great Life of humanity upon your planet earth. You are awakening those old Knowings, and all of the civilizations of which you each hold your piece, will come together and all will be healed, all will be enlightened. All will be in the glory of creation as was your intention when you came to earth. Much has been forgotten and much is now being remembered and reawakened. Trust yourselves, beloved ones of our hearts and continue to step forth into the love and knowing of your beings. Believe in your Selves. Live from your hearts. Radiate that which you truly are! Embrace your Selves as we embrace you and you will be liberated to the joy and light of your being.

Maitreya and the Spiritual Hierarchy spoke through me at the Maitreya Meditation last Friday August 1. Maitreya asked me to send a channeled summary of this meditation.
“Acknowledge the golden flame within each of you as the spark of the Maitreya within. Feel this flame and allow it to grow and become brighter. As I exist within each of you through this flame, together we can prepare the world for the decension or arrival of the spiritual hierarchy on the earth plane to assist in further spiritual development of all people on the earth.
The spiritual development of humans on earth consists of, simply put, treating others as you wish to be treated. This applies to individual relationships, relationships between countries, relationships between humans and other kingdoms on earth (i.e. animals, plants, rocks, etc.).
As you develop the golden flame within, you will continue to realize the oneness of all beings in existence in all of the cosmos. As you apply this truth to your daily life on earth, you feel more love and compassion for all beings on earth. You see or acknowledge my golden flame within all others. This is essential for the healing of the planet and those upon it. As you learn to acknowledge what you have in common with all others, it is much easier to treat them with love, respect, and compassion.
Only when there is a great deal more love, respect and compassion on the earth plane and within humanity, can the decension of the Spiritual Hierarchy be more complete and we will be able to walk among you in our light bodies. This is a time that we look forward to with much eagerness and yet we must wait until the appropriate conditions exist so as not to risk creating further separation among humanity.
You, as lightworkers, can assist in bringing forth this condition on earth by focusing on the golden flame of the Maitreya in yourselves and others. This brings much greater light to each of you as individuals and humanity as a whole. When we see the percentage of light as enough to come forth, we will lovingly do so. We will then form a bond of light between you and us, releasing the veil of separation. Together we can re-create the Earth again as the beautiful garden of its original intention. Together we will re-create a loving society of peace and harmony where peace on earth is a reality. Together we will learn and grow in our own individual gifts and abilities and continue to release misperceptions and untruths.
Understand me as I say that there are many lessons that we all need to learn. As we work together in an environment of cooperation, those that have ascended and those that have not yet, will help each other to be more free and joyous in our existence and quest for full completion of our oneness. Join me and the Spiritual Hierarchy in the quest. Assist in raising the Light on earth so that we may join you in a new way. Focus on the golden flame of the Maitreya now!”

LEMURIAN ENCODEMENTS ACTIVATED FOR 11-11-11 (October 2011)
The Lemurian energy is one of the Divine Feminine principle, transformation, love, peace, joy and one of being in alignment with the Divine Will at all times.
It is one that emphasizes the use of intuition over the thinking mind; one that emphasizes the use of the heart over the thinking mind; one that emphasizes the flow over the linear; one that emphasizes allowing over making things happen.
As we use what we have emphasized what we have listed above, our emphasis is not on doing, but on being in the flow of life, of existing in the process of moving forward in growth on an individual level and on a collective level; inclusive and respectful of all beings upon the earth and the earth itself.
We are very connected to the earth itself and very connected to the waters of the earth, as well as being connected to the higher energy bodies of the earth. We Lemurians might say that we feel more connected to the energy bodies of earth due to the fact that our own individual bodies are made you of the energy bodies of the earth. Our
physical bodies were not as physical as yours now on earth, but were more etherial and so almost a part of the earths etherial bodies.
In reading above, it may sound like we did nothing but flow from one activity to the next without any thought or planning and really accomplished nothing. And though there is some truth to this, in our following the divine will within us, we were able to construct a beautiful system of supporting our physical bodies and our spiritual bodies through education, spiritual structure, growing healthy food and developing healing arts when we found that we were out of balance.
One large difference between how we lived and how you live today is that we realized that we were getting out of balance before we actually did become fully out of balance and therefore we were able to employ healing techniques to help ourselves become in balance before our physical bodies were affected to a great extent.
In living this way, we were able to use the energy and the physical energy of the earth to sustain our physical bodies and to work in harmony with the earth so that humans and earth could help each other grow on our spiritual paths.
Since the crisis that came to fruition in Atlantis, the earth has been doing all of the supporting and humans have been doing all of the taking. Both those of us Lemurians that remember how we lived in those ancient times and the earth, remember that this was an ideal way to live and knew that we would return to this at some time in the future. THIS TIME IS NOW.
All Lemurians and many Atlanteans were encoded with this memory of living in harmony and when outside conditions were ripe for the return of this, there would be a signalling that would activate the inner encodements and humans would begin to wake up and remember and to actively seek out new ways to live on planet earth now. This has been happening on earth clearly for a few years and in a less clear way for the past 20-30 years.
On your date of 11-11-11, there are many portals opening through which many elevated energies of light will be able to enter the earth plane. This date is so important not only because of the energy coming through, but because there are so many more humans with the inner activation completing that those humans know what to do with the energy coming through the portals and so it is much more effective than if it was just “floating around in the ethers”.
One of these portals is the return of the Lemurian energy. Now please let us be clear, these portals are outside of your world and most importantly inside of your inner being as well. As the encodements are awakening, your inner being, your knowing being, the part of you that remembers how to live in harmony with others and the earth, the part of you that remembers how it felt to live in the flow of beauty and grace and happiness is reawakened. STOP A MINUTE AND FEEL THIS. YOU REMEMBER….DON’T THINK THIS IS SOME KIND OF FANTASY AND IT CANNOT BE REAL. YOU CAN MAKE IT REAL AND FIND REAL PEACE AND HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIVES. Living with other people does not have to be so difficult, raising your children does not have to be so difficult, making a living as you call if now, does not have to be to difficult. As your encodements are activated, another way to live life on earth emerges from your beings and you return to living in a way that is satisfying and fulfilling on every level of your beings. Imagine it, feel it, open to it.
